What is the procedure to cancel my account ?
If you wish to cancel your account .You can send an email to support@ksasoftware.com 

our team will do the needful to cancel your subscription. Please note that there is no refund applicable for TravelCEO subscription.
Is there a refund incase If I do not use the software and cancel my subscription ?
No. Travel CEO subscription is NOT Refundable.
Is there any restrictions to any module or software feature ?
Travel CEO is a user-based subscription software. We do not charge based on module. So you will have 100% access to all the features.

Is there any long term commitment ? Or Should I sign any contract ?
No. Not at all. You can activate your subscription monthly /quarterly / semi-annually or annually basis. 

If you do not like the software, you can terminate any time. This is the beauty of Travel CEO compared to other software in the market.
