How can I reset my password?

Please click on the 'Reset password' in the login page. It will ask you to enter the user name & email address. Once the details are entered an email with the reset password link will be sent to your email address.

How can I get my Username?

Please click on the 'Forgot password' in the login page. Once you enter the email address, the Username will be sent to your email address.

You can access or login from any computer in any where in the world.

Do I need to install Travel CEO CRM Software on my PC / Laptop ?

Travel CEO is a cloud-based CRM software. You are NOT required to install anything on your computer. You can access it by logging into TravelCEO.com just like accessing 'gmail.com'.

Where have you hosted your Server ?

Travel CEO software is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) which is the leader in the Hosting services.

What are all the support do you offer ?

We offer Email Support

Chat & Whatsapp Support

Phone Support will be available only if there is any issues/bug in the software.

We Strongly recommend you to go through Demo Videos & FAQs to understand the software better.

Is WhatsApp Api integrated with Travel CEO ?

Business WhatsApp API is very expensive and there are lot of restrictions to send message. For Example, You can not send message just like normal whatsapp message. You are required to get the message template approved by facebook team and send it to your clients. If you client reply to that template then you are good to reply any message.

WhatsApp offers some free message every month, Apart from that every conversation is chargeable. You can google the WhatsApp Api charges and you will come to know

Considering all the factors we have not planned to implement WhatsApp.

We strictly follow the Privacy policy and Data Protection is our FIRST PRIORITY since our clients store valuable and important data

How often do you add new feature in the software ?

I found a bug in the software. How can I share it with you ?

You can raise the bug or new change request with attachment of screenshot in "Help" section in your login /account.

I feel some features are missing. Can I request ?

Yes. If you feel some important feature is missing or if you found any bug in the software, You can submit the details with screenshot under "Contact us" section in your account.

Our team will analyse your request and do the needful.

Note : We prioritise the changes as per the number of requests from our clients. Means, We prefer to implement the feature which is requested by more number of clients.
